Thanks, Martha! She certainly is that! I bought her through Singing Tree (https://www.singingtreedetroit.com/), who planted her (but I could have bought directly) from Milarch Nursery (https://milarchnursery.com/) in Lyon Township. Perhaps Singing Tree could help save your third apple tree.
